Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Strategy Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance the overall guest experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of arenaflex, and your contributions will have a direct impact on our business growth and reputation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring customer experience trends and insights: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing guest feedback, market research, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Understanding and staying curious about arenaflex channels: Develop a deep understanding of our various channels, including our website, app, call center, and trade programs, to ensure seamless guest interactions.
  • Building and optimizing the Customer Experience roadmap: Develop a comprehensive roadmap that outlines key deliverables, milestones, and tasks to drive guest satisfaction and engagement.
  • Prioritizing delivery of impactful initiatives: Balance quick wins and long-term projects to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Influencing partner initiatives using a data-centric approach: Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth through partnerships.
  • Translating strategy into action efficiently: Take ownership of initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders: Align with project goals and ownership expectations to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Ensuring proper tracking and measurement: Deliver program recaps, benchmarks, and success metrics to inform future initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Delivering high-quality presentations for senior and executive audiences: Communicate insights, metrics, and recommendations with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Experience Strategy Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Five (5)+ years of experience in project management, product development, or a related field: Proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders: Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, partners, and senior leadership to drive business growth and achieve shared goals.
  • Skilled at creating presentations and communicating effectively with senior leadership: Develop high-quality presentations that inform and engage senior leaders, including Directors and Executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert strategic goals into clear, actionable steps: Drive results across both short- and long-term initiatives, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo while building strategic alliances: Think creatively and build strategic partnerships to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies: Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth through data-driven initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment: Thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Agile or adaptive project management experience is a plus: Proven experience in agile or adaptive project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex channels is a plus: Familiarity with our various channels, including our website, app, call center, and trade programs.
