Job Overview
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote position located in Iowa, and you'll have the opportunity to work with our team to review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our documentation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
- Investigating discrepancies as they arise
- Completing additional projects as assigned
- Collaborating with our team to ensure the accuracy and quality of our documentation
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Type 40-50 plus WPM
