The Role
As a Patient Care Advocate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing their concerns with care, detail, and empathy. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits, navigating multiple screens and systems, and documenting interactions in real-time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by leveraging your knowledge, problem-solving skills, and support from your team
- Utilize expert listening skills to quickly identify and address patient concerns, documenting all interactions in real-time
- Ensure patients are equipped with the best advice by empathetically addressing their concerns and escalating appropriately when necessary
- Collaborate with your team to provide seamless support and ensure patients receive the highest level of care
What You Should Have:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
- 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
