Job Summary
As a Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. Key Responsibilities
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilize technical expertise to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve customer issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
