Responsibilities

As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of our evolving products and services.
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient lead conversion.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and support to customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoy a quick pace, and be willing to learn and grow with our company.
