Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat channels. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Proven experience in live chat customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and customer service policies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of live chat interactions, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline

Requirements

* High-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload)

  • Quiet and dedicated home office space, free from distractions and interruptions
