Key Responsibilities
As a customer support representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including:
- Phone support
- Chat support
- Ticket support
- Outbound phone calls
Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our clients' customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure that you can perform your duties effectively, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept an Apple OS)
Work Environment Requirements

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits. You will not be considered an employee of arenaflex, and you will not be entitled to benefits such as vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, or unemployment insurance benefits.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
