Job Summary

As a Live Chat Health Navigator, you will be responsible for managing our digital chat platform and providing virtual support to our clients. You will use your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate their health concerns and connect with the appropriate resources. This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients and collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to provide seamless care and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to Live Chat Inquiries: Respond to live chat inquiries from clients Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm, providing timely and accurate support to address their health concerns and questions. - Listen and Understand Client Concerns: Listen attentively to clients' health concerns and provide empathetic support and guidance, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to help them navigate their health issues. - Utilize Available Resources: Utilize available resources and information to address clients' questions and concerns, ensuring that they receive accurate and up-to-date information to make informed decisions about their health. - Coordinate with Healthcare Professionals: Coordinate with our team of healthcare professionals to schedule appointments, arrange referrals, and provide follow-up care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to meet the needs of our clients. - Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring that our team has a clear understanding of client needs and can provide targeted support. - Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with the live chat platform, ensuring that our clients can access the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement on the live chat platform, ensuring that our clients are aware of the support available to them.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, such as nursing, health education, or public health. - Minimum One Year of Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or healthcare support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and care to clients. - Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. - Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems. - Empathetic and Compassionate: Empathetic and compassionate towards others, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to clients. - Proficient in Technology: Proficient in technology and comfortable navigating different systems and platforms, with a focus on using technology to improve client outcomes. - Ability to Multitask: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. - Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and the ability to document accurately, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress. - Flexibility: Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed, with a focus on providing support to clients outside of regular business hours.
