Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with package tracking, shipping solutions, billing inquiries, and general questions about arenaflex services.
  • Providing problem resolution by troubleshooting issues and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and strong communication skills while working independently.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Schedule

As a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work up to 25 hours per week. You must be available to work weekends or evenings as needed.
