Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfort with using arenaflex's proprietary software and other digital tools, including proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized, with a strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and use of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
