As an Experienced Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for a variety of activities, including receiving inventory, packing orders, and using advanced technology like scanners and power industrial trucks. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and put away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and pack customer orders with precision and care
- Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation
- Use scanners to track products and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure product quality, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
- Operate machinery like forklifts (training provided) to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Physical Requirements
* Lift up to 49 pounds and push carts up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Move items with carts, dollies, or hand trucks
- Work at heights up to 40 feet on mezzanines
