Our client, a premier entertainment destination, is seeking an experienced and passionate Theme Park Operations Manager to lead their operations from a remote-first perspective. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless and exceptional guest experience across all park attractions and services. The successful candidate will oversee daily operational activities, manage a diverse team of operational staff, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing operational plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
