Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
- Provide full-cycle recruitment support for roles across all areas of the organization
- Develop recruiting action plans that align with business strategies
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary expectations, and core competencies
- Facilitate thorough interviewing process that maximizes efficiencies
- Negotiate offers and close candidates
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruitment and selection process
- Lead or support special staffing projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Three to five years full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced staffing agency or corporate setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience implementing targeted sourcing initiatives
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Recruitment best practices
- Proficiency with MS Office platforms including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS platforms
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong oral, written and persuasive communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities
