Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Application Administration:

+ Execute critical administrative tasks for a large-scale migration initiative. + Accurately input and maintain data, including the establishment of organizations and user accounts. + Ensure seamless data migration and minimize downtime for end users.

Client and Team Engagement:

+ Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging effectively with clients and colleagues. + Facilitate the seamless transition for end users to the new system, enhancing user satisfaction and minimizing downtime. + Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the migration process.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

Typing Proficiency:

+ Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately, with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute. + Excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail.

Language Skills:

+ Fluent in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Proficiency:
