Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data. You'll be responsible for ensuring information integrity, performing quality checks for accuracy, and assisting with general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining company data in a timely and efficient manner

  • Verifying data for accuracy and ensuring information integrity
  • Managing digital files and maintaining organized records
  • Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and phone calls

Essential Qualifications

* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) with high accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior data entry or administrative experience (at least 1 year)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with data management software and systems
  • Certification in data entry or administrative assistance
