Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date health-related data in our systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist with updating medical records, reviewing health data for compliance, and supporting the health operations team to maintain quality standards.
• Develop and maintain data entry processes, workflows, and tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, data science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with health-related data entry software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHRs) and data analytics platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
