The Role
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role.
What to Expect
* Licensing Preparation: In the first months, you will prepare to become a FINRA (Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses, all fully sponsored by arenaflex. This includes paid study time and access to valuable resources like licensing coaches and workshops.
- Skill Development: In the following months, you will handle more complex customer calls while dedicating time each week to connect with your team, meet with your leader, and expand your network.
- Proficiency: As you gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, you will explore new career paths through job shadowing and our career center.

We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a arenaflex office.
