Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, understanding and identifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Understanding and identifying customs documentation
• Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Providing excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you'll need:

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
• Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
• A desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
