Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their flights, baggage, and other travel-related queries
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, or communications) preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English language (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with airline operations and procedures
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
