Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis department, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex financial data, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize financial performance
• Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on business analysis and decision-making
• Proven track record of analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on business analysis and decision-making
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, including GAAP, IFRS, and SOX
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
