Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Working in a helpful and collaborative spirit to guarantee the success of our organization
- Offering outstanding customer support to individuals seeking to travel, use freight or baggage services by addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Handling all aspects of check-in and registration by operating a modernized retail location system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues
- Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and friendly manner, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
- Calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Inspecting baggage and freight, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting as needed
- Managing distressed customers due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving such issues promptly and in accordance with established company rules
- Providing current and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight arrival/departure information, and answering general inquiries from customers and other airport guests
- Completing forms and reports as required by the organization
- Writing anomaly and complaint reports as necessary
- Responsibilities may vary depending on the size and complexity of the station
- Should be able to meet any physical demands listed in this description
- May perform other work assignments as directed by supervisors
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the role
- Willingness to learn and understand tagging procedures, rules, and regulations
