Experienced Customer Service Associate – Amazon Locker+ Retail Location Support

Job Overview

Imagine working in a dynamic retail location where you get to connect with customers, resolve issues, and make their day a little brighter. As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers at our Locker retail locations. You'll work in a designated retail location, helping facilitate the delivery and return of customer orders, and making sure our customers have a seamless experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

• Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to their problems
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
• Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing the site
• Utilizing technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing

You'll also need to be able to:

• Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
