As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life and helping to resolve complex customer issues.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
- Appropriately communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes
- Upselling if required to help our clients achieve their goals
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless and customer-focused individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. Some of the qualifications we're looking for include:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure that you have a successful and productive work-from-home experience, we require:
- Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
