Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for applying your analytical and technical skills to drive business process improvements and ensure the successful execution of our Workday data migrations. You'll work closely with our Delivery Group, Engineers, and Product Owners to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the functionalities of our systems. Key Responsibilities
* Apply your knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive business process improvements and ensure the successful execution of our Workday data migrations
- Collaborate with other Technology Analysts to provide counsel or solutions within your area of expertise
- Stay up-to-date with current developments within your field and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Analyze the pros and cons of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems
- Estimate effort and value for solutions and apply business solutions with a broad level of knowledge about technology stages/structures
- Verify data and carefully review and check the accuracy of your own work using reliance ID processes in technology work
- Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work and complete tasks with a focus on continuous improvement
- Communicate your thoughts, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of outline and integration
- Screen program risks, issues, and extensions proactively, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
- Perform other work duties as directed by your Manager
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, information technology)
- Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade
- Strong knowledge of technical conditions
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the issue or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
- Ability to work effectively in a help/group-oriented climate
- Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams/tasks
