Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis, with the possibility of remote work. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data, analyzing data, identifying incomplete/inaccurate data, and conducting source follow-ups. You'll also be involved in developing orders, research, and other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
- Analyze data to identify incomplete or inaccurate information
- Conduct source follow-ups to verify data accuracy
- Develop orders and research to support our investigative work
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless data entry and analysis
Essential Qualifications
* Fast and accurate typing skills (50+wpm is ideal)
- Trustworthy character and professional behavior
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a legal office or knowledge of dockets, criminal cases, court research, and/or the court system
- Data entry experience with accuracy and speed, productivity/efficiency measurements, or high-pressure/stress environments with deadlines
- FCRA and/or hiring regulations related to employment screening or background checks
- Office administration and/or executive assistant experience
- Order entry, processing, or development experience
- Research experience
