What You'll Do:
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the best fit for our open positions.
- Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your creativity and proactive approach to recruitment.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, showcasing your ability to think critically and drive positive change.
- Managing notices in different job portals with which we work, evaluating candidates who apply to them, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, leveraging your expertise to find the best talent.
