Key Responsibilities:
As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing real-time support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries.
- Resolving inquiries related to orders, refunds, returns, and account management, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our system.

Qualifications:
