Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, webchat, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Processing orders, creating estimates, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Providing exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships, and encouraging ongoing interaction and satisfaction
- Supporting our sales/marketing team by scheduling appointments, updating products on the website/CRM, and assisting with data entry and other projects
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, including but not limited to, order processing, customer feedback, and sales performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, project management, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Fluency and proficiency in English
