Job Summary

As an Engagement Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in sharing our mission and values with nonprofits and small businesses in target markets. You'll be responsible for prospecting and closing new business, managing prospect presentations, and participating in new client onboarding team activities. You'll also serve as a client account manager, coordinating with the Synergy Team assigned to clients for reporting of deliverables. If you're a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping people, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide outreach to nonprofits and small businesses in target markets, sharing how and why arenaflex works better

  • Prospect and close new business in target markets
  • Help nonprofits with their fund development strategies
  • Manage prospect presentations and participate in new client onboarding team activities
  • Serve as client account manager for monthly check-ins, coordinating with the Synergy Team assigned to clients for reporting of deliverables
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching focused on increasing earnings, team building, and mentorship
