Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role
