The Role

We're expanding our customer operations, and we're seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team! As a CSA, you'll be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. You'll facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Facilitating intake calls and requests for language services
  • Achieving satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Providing exceptional client service experiences
  • Logging and tracking both calls and requests while servicing clients
  • Addressing opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
  • Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
  • Reliability and team-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Bilingual skills (preferably in a non-Spanish language)
  • Experience in the language/translation industry
