Job Summary
As a Full Stack Inside Sales Business Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, selling customized products and services, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and exceed their expectations. Your exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to inbound calls from business customers inquiring about arenaflex products and services, providing timely and accurate information to meet their needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and handling their needs with a high level of respect and professionalism.
- Create customized solutions to acquire new business, utilizing sales tactics learned through training programs, sales models, and mentoring processes.
- Proactively promote arenaflex products and services to existing customers, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Provide sales support to existing customers, assisting them with changes to their accounts and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue, as identified by CRC and Customer Experience leadership.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team focused on Residential customers as business needs arise.
- Embody high levels of quality, productivity, and efficiency, consistently striving for continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong research, investigation, and problem-resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal, written, typing, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Spanish bilingual fluency, in a business environment, is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or sales environment.
Training and Development
* Paid training program, with no time off allowed during the first three weeks or orientation day, to ensure optimal development.

Remote Work
* Both training and the position will be work-from-home, with the company providing equipment and the employee responsible for supplying a hard-wired internet connection and a distraction-free work environment.
- Minimum internet requirements: Ping/Latency 100ms or less; Download 25MBPS; Upload 5MPBS; Packet loss 0% (Cannot use: Mobil hot-spot, tethering, or Satellite ISP service).
- Remote requirements: Employees are required to be on video in internal meetings and trainings.
First 90 Days
* To ensure optimal development, only 2 PTO days can be requested off after training/nesting within the first 90 days.
