Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth through proactive sales and marketing efforts. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our walk-in customers, and ensuring that their financial needs are met with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Educate customers on consumer deposit products, identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process
- Proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships and build a strong partnership with customers and partners
- Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Demonstrate acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
