Job Summary
As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and data entry support to our patients and healthcare professionals. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process data entry tasks, and provide support to our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals via phone, email, and chat
- Process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide support to our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry tasks
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
- Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, and completing online forms
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to type 25 WPM or higher
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment
- 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration or enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing 35 WPM or higher
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
