Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant – Social Media Customer Service and Community Management, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and messages via Facebook, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
  • Moderating comments and interactions on posts to maintain a positive community experience, adhering to arenaflex's community guidelines and policies
  • Assisting in creating and scheduling engaging content, including posts, polls, and other interactive elements to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
  • Providing accurate information and resolving basic customer service issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed
  • Maintaining customer data confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with the social media team to develop and implement effective social media strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and customer engagement best practices

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a Customer Service role, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency with Facebook business tools (Pages, Messenger, etc.), with experience in creating and scheduling content, managing comments and interactions, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and informative content that resonates with customers
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced remote work environment
  • Familiarity with social media trends and customer engagement strategies, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the social media landscape
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
