Role Overview

As a Local Success Coach with arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process. Your expertise will be invaluable in educating Host Families and Au Pairs about program regulations and expectations, conducting in-home interviews and orientations, and providing regular monthly check-ins. You will also have the opportunity to organize local cultural events for Au Pairs, collaborate with our headquarters team to ensure program success, and engage in community outreach to expand our program's presence in your area.

Key Responsibilities

* Support families and Au Pairs throughout the matching process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

• Educate Host Families and Au Pairs about program regulations and expectations, promoting a clear understanding of our policies and procedures.
• Conduct in-home interviews and orientations for new families and Au Pairs, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
• Provide regular monthly check-ins through phone and face-to-face meetings, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Organize local cultural events for Au Pairs, promoting cultural exchange and community engagement.
• Collaborate with the headquarters team to ensure program success, sharing best practices and expertise to drive growth and improvement.
• Assist in conflict resolution and support families and Au Pairs during challenges, providing guidance and resources to resolve issues effectively.
• Engage in community outreach to expand the program's presence in your area, building relationships with local organizations and promoting our services.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with families, Au Pairs, and colleagues.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work autonomously, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
• A genuine enthusiasm for cultural exchange and childcare, with a passion for empowering families and Au Pairs to thrive.
• Access to a home computer/laptop, internet, and a reliable vehicle, ensuring seamless communication and travel.

Qualifications

* Access to a tablet/iPad for in-home visits (preferred), enhancing your ability to engage with families and Au Pairs in a more effective and efficient manner.

• Experience in counseling, conflict resolution, or marketing (preferred), providing a strong foundation for your role as a Local Success Coach.
• Interest in community engagement and program growth (preferred), demonstrating your commitment to promoting cultural exchange and childcare solutions.
