What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and compassion in every interaction
- Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction
