What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions to customer issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and compassion in every interaction
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and team goals

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every interaction
