Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry/Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments
- Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing
- Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications
- Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues
- Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle
- Screening all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures
- Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience
- Customer interaction experience is preferred
- Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience
- Education: Associate's Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Paid training
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
- Ability to work independently from home
