Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on our State Farm Agent Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
  • Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with our agents to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
