Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Database Analyst to join our team of data experts at arenaflex. As a key member of our data insights and analytics team, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement data solutions using SQL and other data tools to meet the needs of our business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions that meet those needs
- Analyze and resolve complex database issues, including performance tuning and optimization
- Develop and maintain databases, including database design, development, and testing
- Work with data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that help our business stakeholders make informed decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and database management
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data development and maintenance
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in database analysis and development, with a focus on SQL and data visualization
- Strong understanding of database design, development, and testing principles
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based databases, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts
- Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Certification in data analytics or database administration (e.g. Certified Data Analyst (CDA), Certified Database Administrator (CDA))

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
