Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of data entry tasks, including data entry in EMR, preparing information for data entry, and performing entry-level support for the data entry function. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely data entry and file management, and will be responsible for training new data entry employees on our computer system.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry in EMR and other systems

  • Prepare information for data entry, including reviewing and confirming data before entry
  • Perform entry-level support for the data entry function, including performing high volume data entry work and completing clerical functions or data entry jobs
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies
  • Train new data entry employees on our computer system
  • Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including deleting data entry mistakes and getting in corrections
  • Ensure timely data entry and file management
  • Review and confirm data before entry
  • Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
  • Reliable computer, mobile phone, or laptop and secure internet connection required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in EMR or other data entry systems

  • Knowledge of data program strategies and data entry requirements
  • Experience in training new employees on computer systems
  • Certification in data entry or customer service
