Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for entering and updating data accurately into arenaflex's internal databases, verifying and correcting data inconsistencies, and maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately into arenaflex's internal databases. - Verify and correct data inconsistencies. - Maintain data integrity and confidentiality. - Organize files and records for easy access. - Assist in generating reports as needed. - Communicate effectively with team members regarding task updates. - Meet deadlines and work efficiently to complete tasks. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database tools). - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred). - Prior data entry experience is a plus but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Essential Qualifications
