Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
• Handling and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
• Clarifying orders as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
• Collaborating with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
• Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required
• Great telephone etiquette a must
• Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
