About the Role
As an entry-level remote customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support, and that their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
- Work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
- Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM systems and software
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
