What You'll Do

As a Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
• Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
• Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
• Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always prepared with a solid response
• Maintaining accurate customer notes on a standard keyboard

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)
• Access to a quiet place to work from home and a reliable internet connection
• A GED or High School Diploma
• The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a standard keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)

Where & When You'll Work

* We operate 7 days a week and offer flexible scheduling options

• Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can make plans ahead of time
• Training will be done remotely via video meetings at the required schedule for two weeks (Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm Eastern Time)
• After training, the regular schedule will be (Monday through Friday, 11am-7:30pm Eastern Time, including one weekend shift)

* Competitive and reliable base rate of $14 per hour, plus commission
