Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Business Banking division, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients and resolving moderate to complex requests or issues related to financial products and services through telephone and other communication channels
  • Performing routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a superior customer experience while adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Seeking guidance from management and escalating non-routine issues while responding to client requests or resolving issues
  • Resolving client issues in a courteous and respectful manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls, using excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise information to clients
  • Utilizing various computer systems to research client needs and propose solutions, while maintaining accuracy and precision in all interactions
  • Performing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve moderate to complex issues related to financial products and services

  • Perform routine tasks such as responding to requests, resolving issues, and providing a superior customer experience
  • Seek guidance from management and escalate non-routine issues while responding to client requests or resolving issues
  • Resolve client issues in a courteous and respectful manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, finance)

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, evaluating and addressing client needs or resolving client issues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn business processes and cycles rapidly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all interactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a financial services industry or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
