Your Typical Day
As a Military Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Here's what a typical day might look like:
- Answering Calls: You'll answer 40-50 inbound and outbound calls per day, using our dialer system to connect with customers.
- Assisting Customers: You'll assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information.
- Discussing Customer Benefits: You'll discuss our customer benefits, including Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
- Handling Urgent Cases: You'll assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience to apply for this role.
- Call Center Experience: Call center experience is a plus, but not required.
Additional Details
Here are some additional details to keep in mind:
- Hourly Rate: You'll earn an hourly rate of $15.00.
- Eligible for Bonus and Incentives: You'll be eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards.
- Residency Requirements: You must reside within 60 miles of our office location.
- Comprehensive Training: You'll receive comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training, with equipment provided.
- Attendance Requirements: Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
- Hours of Operation: Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7am-8pm, Friday 7am-7pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm.
