Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach
- Resolve complex issues, address concerns, and provide valuable information to members

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call abandonment rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
