Key Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in executing scheduled customer outreach and sales presentations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating Engaging Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase arenaflex's products and services, aimed at gaining new customers and increasing profit margins.
- Tracking and Maintaining Accurate Records: Ensure up-to-date and accurate recordings of all sales, orders, and upgrades, adhering to strict compliance standards.
- Participating in Training Sessions: Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
