The Role
As a Full Stack Sales Closer, you'll play a critical role in converting prospects into long-term business relationships by enrolling clients into our B2B membership services. You'll be responsible for:
- Flawlessly presenting our services as the solution to prospects' needs
- Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
- Growing customer accounts through high-ticket membership sales
- Collaborating with the sales team to share ideas and best practices
- Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in Closing Service Sales or other relevant areas (B2B preferred)
- A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- C1-C2 English proficiency
- A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
- Full-time availability
- A hunger to win and a desire to grow your skills and income
- Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Persistence and results-oriented
- Creativity and organization to be efficient, effective, and collaborative
- The ability to self-manage and take initiative
